wlan: Fix p2p connection failure due to lower rssi Although P2P-GO's rssi is high, p2p connection fails due to incorrect rssi calculation in WDA. Fix is to calulate rssi correctly and avoid potential overflow issue Change-Id: I9afd51f2443d2d28f16ae258b9d75a90a1477d29 CRs-Fixed: 981704
