wlan: Fix for IBSS Peer coalescing if returns before HB timeout In the current implementation the HB timeout is 128 seconds with 32 stations. This timeout is large for the station who leaves and joins back within the HB timout. Since FW did not recognize the station disconnection, it will drop all frames from that peer assuming duplicates.
