wlan: Fix for max IBSS connections Max number of stations that were allowed by the driver in IBSS mode was 10, extending this to 32 since we should allow at least 32 simultaneous connections. Change-Id: I0213da5f3b30c70a62afe579bdc4f73ef44e7d13 CRs-Fixed: 504180
