wlan: Update DFS setting on country change
When driver receives command for country change and if
country does not support DFS, DFS settings are getting
updated correctly. Now when driver again gets a command to
change country with some other country which supports DFS,
in this case currently DFS settings are not getting restored
from ini which is resulting in invalid configuration.
To resolve this issue, update the correct DFS settings
from ini.
