wlan: IBSS: Release peerIdx when the peers are deleted Currently, the peerIdx is not released when the peer is deleted. This is critical to support when the connection type is volatile like IBSS. Change-Id: I4485bc4e2477a96190856bee25dba8c0710267a0 CRs-Fixed: 488904
