wlan: Add BMU error generic recovery to HOST driver capabilities

Currently Host driver changes to handle BMU recovery is done but BMU
error generic recovery flag has not been added to the driver capability
supported bitmap. As a result BMU recovery not supported indication is
sent to firmware during the firmware host feature capability exchange.

As part of this change add the flag to the host supported capabilities.
