wlan: Fix static analysis error. Currently numChan is initialized to WNI_CFG_VALID_CHANNEL_LIST_LEN. Then a list of valid channels are populated. But if valid channels are not obtained still it proceeds further resulting in buffer corruption. As a part of fix make sure to retun if valid channels are not properly obtained.
