wlan: Add new helper function for WLAN_GET_LINK_SPEED
Instead of using iw_get_linkspeed, use new helper function for
WLAN_GET_LINK_SPEED as return value from iw_get_linkspeed
is no longer valid for WLAN_GET_LINK_SPEED.
