wlan: Abort update of new connection if disconnect in progress
Check for disconnect in progress before updating new connection
in CSR. Otherwise there is a possibility of current roam profile
getting freed because of upper layer disconnect. Then this can
result in NULL pointer access of pCurRoamProfile of current
session in csr_update_roamed_info_mbb while updating
new connection. Fix this by adding check for disconnect in
progress.
