wlan: Fix passive to active channel conversion issue
As part of SETDFSSCANMODE cmd all the DFS channels are reset to
passive channels in WNI_CFG_SCAN_CONTROL_LIST, but the timestamp
of the last received beacon on these passive channels is not reset.
Thus even if beacon is received on these channels the passive to
active conversion does not happen as the timestamp is non 0.
To fix this reset the timestamp of the last received beacon on the
passive channels whenever the WNI_CFG_SCAN_CONTROL_LIST is reset.
