prima: Driver not able to configure the VHT-SAP
Set VHT_CAP_MAX_MPDU_LENGTH and VHT_CAP_SHORT_GI_80
support capabilities bit in whipy from the driver in
order to start VHT-SAP in 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz mode.
