wlan: Copy WCNSS_cfg.dat to out target directory from firmware_bin. Copy WCNSS_cfg.dat file from prima/firmware_bin directory instead of copying from device specifice folder (device/qcom/<target>) to out target path, as WCNSS_cfg.dat file in prima/firmware_bin gets updated as and when configuration file gets modified.
