wlan: ifndef CCX check is removed for rssi < lookup threshold This is the change on top of CL 657379. ifndef WLAN_FEATURE_CCX was added as a part of review comment. but we do not see any reason why this should be different for LFR and CCX.Hence we want to remove this check to make sure roam candidates check is same for LFR & CCX Change-Id: I63e6704bb73aca2f9edca74ed6383db73d9206d0 CR-Fixed: 407719
