wlan: Add BUG_ON if ROC timer is not stopped before freeing ROC ctx 1. In ROC callback wlan_hdd_remain_on_channel_callback(), if ROC timer is not stopped before freeing the ROC context, trigger kernel panic by invoking BUG_ON. 2.
