wlan: Don't update the RSSI if FW returns invalid RSSI. Currently if there are no samples to calculate the RSSI, FW returns the RSSI value as -100.When this value is passed to upper layer, autoJoin is triggered Changes are made to not update the RSSI in pAdapter when RSSI is -100 Change-Id: I5ef8fea2fe6ce266700cc0d7767717850e61833f CRs-Fixed: 918392
