wlan: HT40 Support in SAP 2.4GHZ band Channel bonding in 2.4Ghz is not supported in SAP mode. 'channelBondingMode24GHz' configuration item will be used only to control the channel bonding in STA mode. Change-Id: I6eed0c6ff91e4b624921d88d4a96d08457489119 CRs-Fixed: 648934
