wlan: Reduce Tx aggregation with Cisco AP in HT40 mode Cisco AP has issues in receiving more than 25 "mpdu in ampdu" causing very low throughput in HT40 case. Currently at BA setup negotiation, DUT sends 0 window size in AddBA request and Cisco responds with 64 which is causing aggregate huge number of MPDUs. DUT should send 25 as window size to force Cisco AP to negotiate with lesser window size. CRs-Fixed: 598667 Change-Id: Iab9887d55460d717999605fbdc78d48672e7baf9
