wlan: WD Thread loops infinitely causing SSR failure
wmmContextList is not initialized in SoftAP case when it is created through
wext interface which causing WD thread to loop on this indefinitely causing
SSR to timeout. To resolve this initialize wmmContextList in SoftAP case.
