Changed persmissions for WNI_CFG_BSSID from "RO" to "RW" in cfg.txt This param in cfg.txt with "RO" permissions was causing error prints while wifi driver is initialized. Changed the persmissions from "RO" to "RW". Change-Id: I5509d19d87c8ee19acd7176ddd6c2bcf31e36617 CRs-fixed: 442756
