wlan: Adding panic in WDI timeout if SSR is in progress. This fix will add a panic in WDI timeout if SSR is in progress (re init sequence is ongoing) immediately after sending FIQ, SSR does not get triggered again and subsystem does not get restarted and we can debug the reason for WDI timeout during re init.
