wlan: Remove notify to lim flag for del BA sessions cfg
Del BA sessions cfg is set to enabled on receiving disable
aggregation indication during SCO which will post message
to lim as part of notify to delete BA sessions. If aggregation
during SCO feature is enabled, del BA sessions cfg is reset to
disabled. The message posted to lim is processed based on del
BA cfg value and since del ba sessions cfg is reset to disabled,
BA sessions are not deleted.
Fix is to remove notify flag for del ba sessions cfg and
post message to lim to delete ba sessions on receiving the
disable aggregation indication.
