wlan: Dump HAL status in error scenario Currently host converts all hal status into wdi status using WDI_HAL_2_WDI_STATUS. But host convert some of hal status to wdi status rest all hal status it's mapped to default WDI_STATUS_DEV_INTERNAL_FAILURE. Because of the this, Host never know actual firmware hal status error. As a part of fix, Dump HAL status in WDI_HAL_2_WDI_STATUS in error cases. Change-Id: Ie2f00403fae43ee20020fa273ead5620a201e7c7 CRs-Fixed: 2075882
