wlan: WDA and WDI changes to support SW PTA
Changes required in WDA and WDI layers to support SW PTA.
Add new WDI Request and Response commands
i.e WDI_SW_PTA_COEX_PARAMS_REQ and WDI_SW_PTA_COEX_PARAMS_RESP
which are used to send SCO, NUD and BT status to firmware.
