wlan: Add support for HT2040 BSSCoexistence for TDLS. If dut supports 20/40 at 5ghz and channel switching; dut should support 20/40 co-ex bit. Adding 20/40 co-ex bit to Tdls Dis Rsp, TDLS setup Request and TDLS setup Response. CRs-Fixed: 752939 Change-Id: Id8554c00baf9f63109a209356fd5ad733e16cffd
