wlan:Incorrect 11n link rate displayed on GUI

Incorrect link rate is displayed on GUI when STA
associates to a 11n supported AP.'gReportMaxLinkSpeed'
is configured as 'eHDD_LINK_SPEED_REPORT_MAX'.
