HDD: Return 0 when wlan_hdd_tdls_set_force_peer succeeds. This commit ensures wlan_hdd_tdls_set_force_peer to return 0 on success without which the tdls_setup and tdls_teardown commands return failure to the user. Change-Id: I80026a03667f03331ac94381e4c659d125bbc4c4 CRs-Fixed: 611277
