prima: Remove abort scan during LTE coex.

When coex indication of type SIR_COEX_IND_TYPE_DISABLE_UAPSD is
received from FW, scan is aborted as part of handling this
indication in wlan_hdd_tdls_btCoex_cb. This resulted in no scan
results when split scan is in progress. Fix this by removing
abort scan when SIR_COEX_IND_TYPE_DISABLE_UAPSD indication is received.
