wlan: remove obsolete platform-specific code
The WLAN Kbuild currently has some platform-specific rules which do
two things:
1) Set platform-specific ARM architecture flags
2) Set platform-specific C preprocessor macros
All but one of the platforms called out are not supported by this
driver, and for the one platform that is supported, the ARM
architecture flags conflict with flags being introduced to the kernel.
Therefore remove the platform-specific rules from Kbuild, and remove
all of the obsolete code that is conditional upon the
platform-specific preprocessor macros.
