Wlan: Time limit the fatal events from firmware having same reason Sometime firmware send continuous fatal events with same reason and thus flood of fatal event is seen. As the first event is sufficient to flush the logs, time limit the fatal events having the same reason. Change-Id: Iad5373a2dbc1cc75fb53292ef393c26795a093fa CRs-Fixed: 972656
