prima: Validate watchdog context before accessing It is possible for the watchdog context to be NULL when gEnableLogp ini variable is 0. This fix contain changes to validate watchdog context before accessing it. Change-Id: I89682afb50428963ceab20b5f2c217f7d143546e CRs-Fixed: 947431
