wlan: Batch scan convert channel id into frequency In batch scan response to user space frequency needs to be returned rather than channel id. Current batch scan response from FW is reutrning channel ID so host need to convert it into frequency in MHz before reurning batch scan response to user space Change-Id: I2792f7fc1ae4a6d6df95473500f422f0e78700c8 CRs-fixed: 569233
