wlan: SoftAP should allow the connection even if UAPSD disabled. SoftAP with UAPSD disabled in configuration shall not reject association and shall proceed connection. SoftAP with UAPSD disabled in configuration file shall not reject association if Station requests for UAPSD for any of the Access category in Association Request and SoftAP shall proceed connection with station.
