wlan: disable SAR Limit Feature when “0” is defined in nv Presently, when “setProximity” ioctl is called with value 1, then driver reads power values from nv.bin and if value falls below the lower limit, driver sends 6dbm to FW, similarly for upper limit 22dbm. With this change, driver disables SAR Limit Feature, by sending 50dbm value to FW, when ioctl is called with 1 and nv.bin value is zero.
