wlan: wdi: Replace VosAssert with VosTrace for bus packets failure There is need to decrease excessive logging in case of messages being dropped by SMD Bus during SSR. This generally happens when bus state is WCTS_STATE_REM_CLOSED. For this reason removing VosAssert and adding additional info in VosTrace.
