wlan: Kbuild: remove obsolete -D flags Recently some obsolete conditional compilations were removed from the source code. Since the conditional code no longer exists, it is no longer necessary to define the enabling macros as part of the wlan driver build, so remove all (currently) obsolete -D flags from Kbuild.
