wlan0: reduce severity of logs coming in low resource context When DUT is transmitting packets and hits a low resource condition, it will print error log for all packets coming from the OS leading the wathcdog bit due to excessive logging. Reduce the severity level of such log in TX path to avoid the watchdog bite.
