wlan: Fix for Incorrect Length Check (affecting roaming) An incorrect sanity check on the length is causing the roamed indication to never be sent to the supplicant from HDD thereby causing roam to fail. Change-Id: I3c0ae1f264506ed9ffb8584dd08ef926d3ea00df CR-Fixed: 420010
