Fix to send TDLS frames at basic rates TDLS management packets encapsulated into data type is sent using the same rates as normal data frame. So for 11ac/noisy environment, sometimes Teardown and Discovery packets doesn't reach to the peer device. For the reliable delivery of TDLS mgmt frames we force to send at basic rates.
