HT40/HT20 connection cannot be established on TDLS link Pass (v)ht_present from supplicant down to LIM correctly. Correct AddStaParams->vhtTxWidthSet per firmware's expectation, which is 0 for HT20_40 and 1 for HT80, and is different than vhtCapInfo.vhtTxWidthSet value (0 for HT 80).
