wlan: Unblock MC thread to process command Processing of commands in right sequence is required for a safe cleanup on firmware and host driver. This change will call WLANTL_TLDebugMessage when the wlan module is being removed so that BTQM queues are cleaned up and MC Thread is not blocked anymore Change-Id: I0e1cc229c2b92aaed8d41ba7e7f46406eac1196f CRs-Fixed: 798042
