PRIMA: Avoiding memory leak while setting dynamic MCBC filter. RXP filters are used only if the device is in suspended state allocating memory for RXP filters while the device not in the suspend state resulting in a memory leak therefore making changes to allocate memory only if the device is in suspended state.
