VOSS: Fix recursive spin_lock issue Modify spin_lock to spin_lock_irqsave to avoid preemption of the thread which is calling vos_trace due to HW interrupts, thereby avoiding spin_lock recursion. Change-Id: Idb59423f0bf914920046e1e4916969ba5b03a928 CRs-Fixed: 641658
