wlan: Ignore wlan_hdd_linux_reg_notifier on (un)loading Ignore the wlan_hdd_linux_reg_notifier call from the reg-module if isLoadUnloadInProgress is set to TRUE. processing wlan_hdd_linux_reg_notifier while unloading the driver may lead to crash.
