qcacmn: Replace kernel calls with pfrm wrapper HIF layer have kernel calls for interrupt registration which need to be replaced in case of whunt framework, as interrupt generation will be simulated by framework itself, hence adding abstraction to call either kernel call or whunt calls based on platform bus type.
