qcacmn: Use configured value for channel_prediction The scan component is currently using an unrelated field to populate the PNO channel prediction enabled field sent to firmware. Use channel_prediction instead. Change-Id: I88b066c1b61e7ce49fcee889dfed9b1208d2862f CRs-Fixed: 2252153
