qcacmn: Increase the NSS Tx comp ring size to 48k from 8k The max limit of Tx comp ring is changed to 48K from 8k such that it can be dynamically changed based on the INI. Change-Id: I69ca62c33d538a669a3417dba749a818ca0bce07
