qcacmn: Change the monitor mode timer interval to 5ms The current time interval for monitor mode timer is 10 milliseconds. This time interval is a bit too high in case of high throughput sniffing, thereby causes the monitor rings to be full before the timer interrupt comes and reaps the ring.
