qcacmn: Set intr_timer_thres_us to 0 intr_timer_thres_us minimum step size is 8us. So anything less than 8 will not enable the hardware timer. Set the value to 0 to avoid confusion. A strong warning message should also be added. Change-Id: I9286d2988930df8577e46e5a753cc6f68c71d180 CRs-Fixed: 1089874
