qcacmn: Fix replenish size for monitor buffers during attach Head_pointer == Tail_pointer is treated as ring empty and Tail_pointer + 1 == head_pointer is treated as ring full, hence replenish count should be num_entries-1 to avoid buffer ring treated as empty or full.
