qcacmn: Increase the number of entries in CE2 ring from 32 to 512 Target assert seen due to host was not reaping the buffers. Therefore, increase the CE2 entries from 32 to 512 for regular profile build. Change-Id: I6160ecb070bb98dba0d858f2bef3522ad0b60aa3 CRs-Fixed: 2462117
